Obituary

HAROLD "ANDY" ANDERSON - age 70 passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Anderson and Connie Lloyd and sister, Patricia Anderson Smith.

He is survived by wife, Marian B. Anderson; son, Robby (Sharon) Anderson and their child Baydin Anderson; daughter, April N. Anderson and her children, Hayley Anderson, and Madison Robbins; stepsons, Barry Gregg (Jennifer Woody) and Blake (Jennifer) Gregg and their children, Madison and Chance Gregg; great grandchildren, Braeden and Emaliyah.

Throughout his 45 + year career as a truck driver, 30 of which were with Yellow Freight, Harold drove over 3 million miles, earning him many achievements and awards.     He was a teamster for 31 years serving as Job Stewart.  His hobbies include golfing, Nascar, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Newport, TN, 212 Washington Ave.  Visitation will be from 12 noon until the service. Johnny Butler will officiate.
