FULLER, Lois Manning - age 92 of Lebanon passed away on Friday, October 27, 2017. She was preceded in death by parents, E.T. and Annie Belle Manning; husband Robert (Bob) Fuller; brothers, Carl (Mildred) Manning and Ervin (Sally) Manning; sister, Harriett Manning; and nephew, Chris Manning. She is survived by nieces, Cindy (Dwight) Norrod, Dena Anderson, and Diane (Peter) Mimick; great-nieces, Wendy (Scott) Street, Ashley Anderson, and Lydia Pennington; great-nephews, Alex Anderson and Matthew Mimick; and great-great nieces & nephews, Isaac, Jonah, Asher, and Annabelle Street. Mrs. Fuller was a WWII nurse and worked as a nurse for DuPont for 38 years. She was a member of the College Street / College Hills congregation and was a devoted member of the visitation ministry, a worker in the welcome center, a loyal volunteer at Hearthside, an earth angel in the church office and one who delivered meals to shut-ins. She also received the Red Cross Service Pin for her past work with the Red Cross Blood Drives.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, October 30, 2017 at 12 noon in the Wilson County Memorial Gardens with visitation from 10 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Pallbearers will be Dwight Norrod, Scott Street, Isaac Street, Raymond Walden, Ken Carney, and Rick Thorne. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude. The family would like to express their special thanks and gratitude to the nurses and staff of Gentiva/Kindred Hospice, and to the staff & very special caregivers from Senior Helpers, Hendersonville for the thoughtful care given.
